The 1,160-square-foot penthouse accommodates up to six guests and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its living space is all on one level, with a gas fireplace, a television in each bedroom and the living area, and a balcony overlooking Baldy Mountain and Breckenridge Ski Resort. Heating and ceiling fans are provided; there is no air conditioning.

The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are provided. Entertainment includes cable or satellite television, board games and a video library.

On-site facilities include multiple hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool, a fitness center, a cinema and ski storage. Additional amenities include a fire pit, barbecue, outdoor seating, an EV charger, garage parking and an elevator. Concierge and in-home services are available.
