Before you book
House rules
The person booking must be at least 21 years old. Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay's approval incur a $500 fine per pet. This is a smoke-free home; smoking violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Do not use the outdoor fire pit for roasting marshmallows or cooking; use only the BBQ for food. No street parking is allowed. Parking violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and permit revocation after three or more violations. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking. Cancellation terms depend on the selected stay dates.
Getting there
The main living area is upstairs and the game room is downstairs. Chambers Landing lake access is a four-minute drive away; Sugar Pine Point Beach is six minutes away in the other direction. Homewood Mountain Resort is five minutes away. Cult Burger and Tahoma Market & Deli are within walking distance. Outdoor furniture and amenities, including grills, are available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Construction at neighboring properties or nearby roads may occur without prior notice, especially during summer.
