House rules
The renter must be at least 21 years old. All guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is not for guest use.
Getting there
The condo is beside Warm Springs Lodge and the ski lift, with ski-in/ski-out access and adjacent hiking and biking trails. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance. A 4x4 is recommended in winter.
