House rules
No smoking and no parties or events. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are allowed except dangerous animals. A refundable €800 per-booking deposit is held by credit-card pre-authorization as a guarantee. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen linen €2 per booking; bathroom linen set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; bath mat €3 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €110 per booking. Bed linen and towels are not provided unless ordered; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without renewal. Cleaning during the stay is not provided. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to share arrival time and arrange key collection; low-season check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Carnac’s Grande Plage is 2.3 km away; Ty Bihan beach is 3 km away and Beaumer beach is 3.5 km away. Lidl is 500 m away and Carnac town centre is 800 m away. No beach access mode is stated. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
