This 171 sqm home has a double living space with a reception area and adjoining formal dining space. A kitchen and dining extension features skylights, wood floors, double-height ceilings and bi-folding doors opening onto the garden. The three bedrooms have carpets and pastel interiors. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, Bedroom 2 has a single bed and a single sofa bed/futon, and Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed. The master suite has shuttered windows and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. Two additional family bathrooms are on the upper floors. A home office on the top floor overlooks the garden.

The equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and crockery. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in the kitchen.
