The house

Speaking of dreams, you’ll slip into a blissful night's sleep in the principal bedroom, with delicate spot lighting, soft carpets and soothing house plants all gently guiding you towards a soporific slumber. Wake up to verdant views across the waterfront before enjoying a reinvigorating shower or bath in the adjoining ensuite. Early birds may flock to the second bedroom, enchanted by the French doors that lead out onto the terrace – a mindful spot to catch the sunrise with a rejuvenating brew as the dawn chorus chimes across the waterway.

Everyday living is expertly accommodated in the open-plan kitchen and living room, finished in a contemporary style with light wood floors and soft cream furnishings. Swayed by the notion of a romantic evening in? Settle down on the sofa and spring the projector into action before curling up in front of a classic Hollywood film. However, for those warmer summer evenings, it’s those whistling waters outside that will invariably win hearts and minds.
