House rules
Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Treat the property respectfully and comply with the house rules.
Getting there
Lorne town centre is a five-minute walk away. Off-street parking accommodates two cars. Linen is not provided; linen hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Specified arrival days may apply during peak periods.
