The house

The home accommodates up to seven guests across four bedrooms on two levels. The balcony has 180-degree water views. The open-plan living area has split-system air conditioning, a fireplace and a smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an island benchtop, breakfast bar, coffee plunger, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishes and silverware. An internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Linen, bathroom packs and bed-making are provided.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, ensuite, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has a king single bed, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, courtyard access, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 has an ensuite, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bathroom facilities include a bath, showers and vanities.

The private courtyard has a Weber BBQ and is fully fenced for a dog. Quiet, crate-trained pets are allowed indoors. Parking includes a secure double garage with internal access and one off-street space. A small boat can be parked on the driveway or on the private Wallawa road below. Smoke alarms are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.
