The home has a central courtyard with a stone-tiled plunge pool, teak loungers and a wooden sun deck. The living room has a sofa, chair and smart TV. The open kitchen includes a refrigerator, glass cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker and breakfast bar for two. Both bedrooms have queen beds and air conditioning. Both bathrooms have glass-enclosed showers. A separate laundry room has a full-size washer, and a dryer is also available. An open teak-and-steel staircase leads from the courtyard to a covered upstairs balcony with a dining nook, lounge chair and ceiling fan. Other amenities include outdoor dining furniture, a crib, travel crib, high chair, room-darkening shades, a safe, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Cleaning during the stay is available.

The main beach is a flat walk of minutes from the home, with no hills, gates or shuttle required. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, the grocery store is around the corner, and pickleball courts are nearby. A rental car is not needed for beach and town access. Liberia International Airport is 25 minutes away by paved road. An open staircase leads to the second-story balcony.

Maximum occupancy is four guests. No smoking indoors; close all windows when smoking outside. No parties or events. Quiet hours begin after 22:00. Treat the furnishings, pool and teak surfaces with care. Lock the front door when leaving and double-check that the smart lock has engaged. Report damage or malfunctioning items; honest accidents are not charged. Long-term stays are allowed.
