The condo has an open-plan living area, a furnished patio and grassy backyard, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with hot water. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades. A smart TV, Ethernet connection, safe, outdoor shower, sun loungers, beach essentials, high chair and travel crib are available. The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, kettle, blender, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and a dining table. An in-unit washer/dryer and drying rack are available.

Playa Hermosa is an 8-minute drive (4.2 km), Ocotal Beach an 11-minute drive (5.3 km), and Playa Calzón de Pobre a 13-minute drive (6.3 km). Liberia airport is a 43-minute drive away. Parking is unassigned.

Maximum five overnight guests. The primary renter must be at least 18. Children of all ages are welcome. No events or parties, pets, smoking on the property, or unregistered overnight guests. Community quiet hours are 22:00–08:00 daily. Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving, and lock the doors, especially the front door. Do not feed wildlife or stray animals. Long-term stays are allowed. House cleaning is optional.
