House rules
Parties, smoking, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $150 per stay. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. The property does not have a backup generator or backup water tank; power or water interruptions may occur.
Getting there
Condado Beach is a five-minute walk away. San Juan Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is about a 10-minute drive away. The apartment has a private entrance and free first-come, first-served street parking; paid parking lots are nearby. A rental car is not necessary unless exploring beyond San Juan often.
