## About the house

The townhouse accommodates eight guests and has two living areas. The downstairs lounge has sofas and a large TV, while the upstairs lounge provides a separate retreat. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi are available.

The kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine and an island with breakfast seating. There is a timber dining table indoors and a covered patio with outdoor dining, a gas BBQ and a ceiling fan, overlooking the backyard and golf course.

Upstairs are the primary bedroom with a super king bed, TV and private ensuite, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed. There are three full bathrooms: one downstairs and two upstairs. The main bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower and double vanity.

Central cooling and heating are provided. The laundry has a washing machine, and a separate dryer is in the garage. Two free parking spaces comprise one garage space and one driveway space. The home has a private entrance and a smoke detector. Toowoon Bay, Long Jetty’s cafés and boutiques, and The Entrance Ocean Baths are nearby attractions.
