The house

The home sits between Kahala and Hawaii Kai and has ocean and sunset views. Its air-conditioned, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has 10-foot sliding glass doors facing the Pacific. A private ocean-view pool is directly off the living room on the second level; a hot tub is also available. The rooftop deck has a BBQ, lounge chairs and an umbrella. Other outdoor spaces include a garden, lanai/balcony and outdoor seating.

Three bedrooms are on the second level. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views and an ensuite with a jetted tub and dual vanities. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, mountain views and an ensuite with a shower/tub combination. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and mountain views. The downstairs suite has two queen beds that can be separated by mahogany doors, a pull-out sofa bed, partial ocean views, direct beach access, a kitchenette, laundry facilities and an ensuite with a jetted tub and shower. All four bedrooms have split air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, mixer, dishes and utensils. A washer, dryer, linens, beach towels, hair dryer, iron and safe are provided. Entertainment includes television with satellite or cable service and Wi-Fi.

Two open-air driveway parking spaces are available free of charge. Shops, grocery stores and restaurants are minutes away, and Waikiki Beach is 15 minutes away. A separate two-bedroom guest cottage is available for additional rental; it has an air-conditioned full kitchen and a private beachfront garden area and is not part of the four-bedroom accommodation.
