The house

The home spans 4,291 square feet over two levels. Two ocean-facing living rooms have plush seating, smart TVs and pocket doors opening to the lanai. A water-facing dining table seats eight. The kitchen includes a Viking range, dual ovens, wine fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and small appliances, with an adjacent wet bar and outdoor BBQ station.

A hardwood oceanfront deck includes a private pool, hot tub, outdoor seating and stone fire pit. Kayaks and paddleboards are available at the shoreline, along with beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and an outdoor shower. The grounds include a garden and private yard.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, three walk-in closets, a bathroom with soaking tub, dual vanities and Toto toilet, an ocean-view balcony and split air conditioning. Guest bedrooms two and four have king beds, ensuite bathrooms, ocean-view balconies and split air conditioning; bedroom four also has blackout drapes. Guest bedroom three has a queen bed and twin with trundle, an ensuite bathroom, ocean-view balcony and split air conditioning. The fifth bedroom is a studio/game room with a queen bed, sofa bed, ensuite half bathroom, a full bathroom nearby, kitchenette, smart TV, private entrance and pool and ocean views.

Facilities include central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, a pool table, free garage parking and an EV charger. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras are provided. Self check-in and check-out are available.

Aina Haina Shopping Center is five minutes away, Kahala Mall about ten minutes away and Daniel K. Inouye International Airport approximately twenty-five minutes away. Waikiki is a twenty-minute drive away. Nearby outdoor destinations include Diamond Head, Koko Crater and China Walls. Dogs require prior approval and an additional fee.
