The house

The condo accommodates up to five guests. Vaulted, beamed ceilings extend through the living room and primary suite, with a storage loft above the primary closet. Sliding glass doors connect the living room to a private lanai with a dining set and separate lounge area. Golf course and ocean views are visible from the living room, primary suite and lanai; Kaho'olawe can be seen on clear days.

The renovated kitchen has salmon-toned granite counters, stainless steel appliances, cookware, a coffee maker and blender. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. A dining area sits beside the kitchen.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two beds and a ceiling fan. The second full bathroom has a tub and shower combination and a stacked washer and dryer. Air conditioning serves the living room and primary suite.

Shared grounds include a community pool with loungers, a tennis court and BBQ grills. The condo has Wi-Fi, television, DVD and satellite or cable television, linens, a hair dryer and an iron. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. On-site parking is free and arrival is contactless.

The Shops at Wailea are a short walk away, as are several oceanfront resorts, restaurants and golf courses. Wailea's beaches are within walking distance. Kahului Airport is a drive north. A car is recommended.
