The house

Waikoloa Villas A107 has an open-concept living and dining area with plush seating and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening to a private lanai overlooking the golf course. A second private lanai opens from the primary suite toward tropical foliage. Updated interiors feature tropical décor, with ceiling and standing fans for natural ventilation.

The primary suite has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, garden and golf-course views, and private lanai access. The guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and access to the hallway full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and no air conditioning. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, rice cooker, toaster, blender, cookware and utensils. A breakfast bar and dining table provide indoor dining, with alfresco dining on the lanai. A full-size washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi and television are provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and an insulated cooler bag are available.

Shared facilities include two swimming pools with loungers and shaded areas, two hot tubs, tropical gardens and walking paths, and outdoor kitchen pavilions with gas barbecues, sinks and refrigerators. Guests also have access to Waikoloa Village Golf Course, an Olympic-size pool and tennis courts. An outdoor shower is available. Complimentary parking is provided.

Waikoloa Village Shopping Center, with a market, bank, gas and dining, is a 10-minute stroll away. Anaehoʻomalu Bay, Hapuna Beach and Waikoloa Beach Resort are 15 minutes away. A car is recommended.
