Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Standard occupancy is four guests; the maximum is six, with an extra-guest fee. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of 205 dollars applies to reservations of 28 nights or longer. The air-conditioning thermostat cannot be set below 70 degrees.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and the home spans two levels. Anaehoomalu Bay (A Bay), Kings Shops, Queens Marketplace, Waikoloa Hilton and resort pathways are reachable on foot. Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach are a short drive away.
