The townhome has 1,590 square feet of living space across two levels, including 1,408 square feet of interior area. Vaulted ceilings, large picture windows and an open-plan living and dining area connect to the kitchen and main-level lanai. The two lanais overlook tropical landscaping and the golf course; the upstairs primary suite has its own private lanai.

The primary suite includes a ceiling fan, central air conditioning, a desk nook and cable TV. Its ensuite has dual vanities, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a ceiling fan, central air conditioning and an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a central island, cookware, a coffee maker and grinder, blender and rice cooker. A full-size washer and dryer are in the laundry room. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, beach bag and insulated cooler bag are provided. Other equipment includes cable TV, a DVD player, Ethernet connection, a crib and smart-lock entry.

Shared community facilities include two lagoon-style pools, a wading area, hot tub, shaded cabanas, fitness center, tennis courts, BBQ stations, picnic pavilions and walking paths. Resort spa services, golf access and beach-equipment rentals are available for additional charges. Longer stays may be available by inquiry.

Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Standard occupancy is four guests; the maximum is six, with an extra-guest fee. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of 205 dollars applies to reservations of 28 nights or longer. The air-conditioning thermostat cannot be set below 70 degrees.
