The renter must be at least 21 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Guests must follow Heavenly’s good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
Getting there
Waikōloa Beach is just over a mile away; nearby beaches and Waikoloa Village are a short drive. Some dining and shops within Waikoloa Beach Resort are walkable. A rental car is recommended for beaches, restaurants and resort shopping. Kona International Airport is roughly 20–30 minutes from Waikoloa along the Kohala Coast. Exterior painting at Waikoloa Colony Villas is underway through approximately June 2027; each building is expected to take approximately two weeks.
