## About the house

The cottage has an open living area with French doors, vaulted ceilings, island-inspired finishes and a Smart TV. The primary loft bedroom has a California King bed, workspace, TV, split air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the garden. Additional sleeping in the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and twin trundle bed. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is identified as the primary bedroom ensuite.

The full kitchen has custom cabinetry, stone countertops, an apartment-sized refrigerator and stove, dishwasher and breakfast bar. Other equipment includes a microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, utensils and BBQ. A private courtyard has outdoor seating for five and a private outdoor shower; the yard connects directly to the beach path.

Split air conditioning runs throughout. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, stair gates, a hot tub and free parking are available. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras. Children and pets are welcome. Self check-in and check-out are available.

Haleiwa Town’s cafés, surf shops and boat tours are minutes away, with access to Waimea Bay, Pipeline, Sunset Beach and Turtle Bay golf. The cottage can optionally be combined with Waialua Beach Getaway for larger groups.
