# Wai'ulu Villa 115D Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house Wai'ulu Villa 115D accommodates six guests in interiors inspired by the painting The End of a Perfect Day. Vaulted ceilings, grass-mat ceiling treatments, dark-stained mahogany finishes and furnishings from Donghia, Berman Rosetti and A. Rudin accompany original artwork by Hawaiian artists Darrell Hill and Arthur Johnsen. The open-plan living and dining area connects to a covered lanai through disappearing floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The lanai has lounge seating, outdoor dining and a built-in barbecue amid tropical landscaping. The equipped kitchen includes a large island with bar seating, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, crockpot and rice cooker. The primary suite has vaulted ceilings, private lanai access with motorized shades, a walk-in closet, dual vanities, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Guest Suite One has a walk-in closet, garden views and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Guest Suite Two has an ensuite with a tub/shower combination. Two four-passenger golf carts are included. Beaches, dining, the spa and resort amenities are a four-minute golf-cart ride away. Included access to the shared Wai'ulu Pool Pavilion provides a swimming pool, wet bar and barbecue pavilion. Separate Hualalai Resort access is optional and requires paid guest passes. Eligible pass holders may access the sports club and spa, Jack Nicklaus championship golf course, tennis, resort pools and beach services, Hale Nalu ocean activities, Kids For All Seasons, non-member-only resort dining and Club Concierge services, subject to resort policies and availability. After reservation confirmation, Hualalai's Residential Concierge can assist with dining reservations, golf tee times, activities and vacation planning. The villa also provides Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, televisions, beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and an insulated cooler bag. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
