At the end of Albert Road, Wai Lani has ocean views from its rooms, living spaces and lanais. The Great Room opens to an upper ocean-view lanai through Fleetwood sliding glass doors. The living and dining areas have no window coverings, preserving the open views. Split air conditioning serves all bedrooms and shared living spaces.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, blender and rice cooker. The upper-level primary suite and lower-level guest sleeping areas have ocean views and lanai access.

A garden, private yard, outdoor seating and outdoor shower provide additional outdoor space. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and children’s toys are provided, with beach-gear storage in the garage. The home also has a washer and dryer, smart television, high chair and pack-and-play.

Princeville shops, restaurants and neighborhood paths are within walking reach. Hanalei Bay, seasonal Queen’s Bath, Anini Beach, Kilauea Lighthouse and Napali Coast lookouts are a short drive away. A car is necessary.

Winter months can bring small gnats; keep doors and windows closed when possible and screens in place. Some gnats may pass through fine mesh.

Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Respect the peaceful residential neighborhood. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to stays of 10 nights or more; stays of 21 nights or longer require two mid-stay cleanings.
