The house

The home has approximately 138 m² of usable space, three bedrooms and four rooms in total. Two sleeping places are reserved for children. The living area has a gas fireplace, Smart TV, Teufel sound system and dining area. Underfloor heating, two floor-level showers, a bathtub and a separate guest WC are provided. The private sauna is for exclusive use. The garden and terrace have outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a beach chair available approximately April–October. Bed linen, towels, starter supplies, soap and shampoo are provided. Laundry facilities include a washer, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board; a vacuum cleaner is also available. Entertainment includes three televisions, digital TV reception, radio, books and games. Stair gates and window privacy screens are provided. Luggage service to and from the property is included.
