House rules

No smoking, pets, parties or events. Groups of young people aged 18 or under are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. Arrival is normally between 16:00 and 20:00, and departure is before 10:00; low-season times may be agreed with the agency. A mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Heating, outdoor parking, additional beds and personalised arrival and departure services are included. Bed linen and towels are not supplied as standard. Optional charges per reservation: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; double-bed linen 18,00 €; single-bed linen 14,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 60,00 €. Ordered linen is provided on arrival for the whole stay without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per reservation is secured by a bank-card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Cancellation insurance requires supporting documentation.

Fogeo sandy beach is 850 m away. The apartment is above Le Cap Horn restaurant in the centre of Port du Crouesty; Arzon town centre is 950 m away. Parking is limited to one private space. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; domestic sockets must not be used to charge vehicles. The port is listed 10 m away and the restaurant below 2 m away.
