House rules
Maximum occupancy is two guests. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are prohibited. Stays are for private residential use and only for the guests included in the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am. Pets are not permitted unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival or changeover days may apply during peak periods, subject to the booking terms.
Getting there
Only the top level of the property is accessible. The property relies on tank water. Ocean views may differ from the 2017 photographs because of tree growth. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
