## About the house

Guests have exclusive access to the full cottage. Every room has views across the harbour, with North York Moors National Park in the distance, and Church Street’s independent shops are on the doorstep. A welcome basket of local products is provided.

The living room has a sofa, two chairs, an electric log burner and a flat-screen TV. The adjoining kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, refrigerator, washer dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, SodaStream and cookware. A dining table seats four.

The first-floor bedroom has a king-size bed, storage and an ensuite shower room with overhead drench and handheld showers, WC and basin. The separate main bathroom is also on the first floor and has a walk-in shower with overhead drench and handheld options, WC and basin. The second-floor bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and a flat-screen TV. Tempur and Emma mattresses and pillows, electric blankets and Molton Brown toiletries are provided.

Both TVs have Amazon Fire sticks, and there are Sonos speakers on each floor, books, board games and children’s books and toys. Bed linens, body soap and a carbon monoxide detector are provided. The enclosed garden overlooks the rooftops towards the town centre and has an outdoor dining table and chairs, a separate seating area and lighting for evening use.
