Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is required. Mandatory final cleaning costs 125€ per stay. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.

Sa Marina beach is directly in front of the house, 0.02 km away. Alcúdia town is 1.2 km away; the supermarket is 0.9 km away. Estació Bus Alcúdia is 1.5 km away, Sa Pobla train station is 14 km away, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal is 4.5 km away and the airport is 60 km away. The second bedroom has a skylight but no window; both bathrooms have extractor fans but no windows.
