The front terrace has views of the Mediterranean Sea, Pollença Bay and Cap de Formentor, with space for relaxing and outdoor meals. A furnished living room has television and satellite channels. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and tea towels. A high chair is available. The rear patio contains a laundry area and barbecue; sun loungers are also provided.

There are three bedrooms. The first has a double bed, closet, fan, skylight and a window facing the kitchen. The second has a double bed, fan, closet and skylight, but no window. The third has two single beds and a window facing the patio. Both bathrooms have showers and extractor fans, but no windows. Towels, a hair dryer, washing machine and iron are provided. Wi-Fi is free. There is no air conditioning, pool or property parking.

The house is in a quiet area with few neighbours. Sa Marina beach is directly in front, 0.02 km away, and Alcúdia town is 1.2 km away. The surrounding area offers walking and cycling trips to Costa del Cap del Pinar and Albufereta de Pollença, as well as visits to Alcúdia’s medieval town walls.

The second bedroom has a skylight but no window; both bathrooms have extractor fans but no windows.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is required. Mandatory final cleaning costs 125€ per stay. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
