Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 88€/stay; its published applicability period is partly obscured. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€/guest/night in low season and 2.2€/guest/night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
