The private terrace overlooks the Mediterranean and provides space for relaxing and outdoor meals. The apartment is on the first floor of a building without a lift.

The air-conditioned living room has a Smart TV with satellite channels and opens onto the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery.

One bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. Another has two single beds and air conditioning. There is also a second shower bathroom.
