House rules
Parties, smoking, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Checkout is at 11:00 AM; unauthorized late checkout incurs an additional fee. The reservation must be made by a legal adult, although children may stay as part of the group.
Getting there
Playa Rajada and Playa Rajadita are 15–20 minutes away. A rental car, ideally an SUV or 4x4, is recommended for Guanacaste's coastal roads. The house has direct access to the Sapoa River within the estate.
