Smoking and events are not permitted. Pets up to 5 kg are welcome. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
A car is recommended. The access road is shared with a nearby neighbour. Inca is 1.5 km away. Port d'Alcudia beach is 27 km away; the beaches of Puerto de Alcudia and Can Picafort are 20–25 minutes away by car. Son Sant Joan Airport is 35 km away, Golf Pollença 20 km, Estació d'Inca train station and the Av. Rei Jaume I bus stop 1.9 km, Port d'Alcudia ferry terminal 29 km and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca 1.6 km.
