## About the house

The fenced grounds have a private 12 × 5 m chlorine pool, 1–2 m deep, four sun loungers, a porch, a furnished terrace and a barbecue. There are neighbours nearby.

The house is arranged entirely on one floor. The living-dining room has a stone wall, two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. A second, separate dining room has a large table, a sofa and air conditioning. The separate kitchen has a gas hob, microwave and cooking utensils.

All three bedrooms have wardrobes: one has two single beds and two have one double bed each. One double bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom; a second shower bathroom is accessed from the communal areas. A cot and high chair can be provided. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for three cars are free.

Inca is 1.5 km away and has shops, traditional celler restaurants and a Thursday market. The beaches of Puerto de Alcudia and Can Picafort are 20–25 minutes away by car. A car is recommended, and the access road is shared with a neighbour.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 35 km away, Golf Pollença 20 km, Estació d'Inca train station and the Av. Rei Jaume I bus stop 1.9 km, Port d'Alcudia ferry terminal 29 km and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca 1.6 km.

Smoking and events are not permitted. Pets up to 5 kg are welcome. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
