The private chlorine pool measures 7 × 7 metres and is 1.5–2 metres deep. Its surroundings include sun loungers, a terrace with a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The terrace opens into a Majorcan-style living room with a sofa and satellite TV. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, microwave and a table with chairs. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Central heating and four fans are available; there is no air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi and a crib are available.
Two bedrooms each have twin beds and share an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to the garden. The third bedroom has a double bed. Two additional bathrooms have bathtubs, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The house is in a rural area, 3 km from Son Servera and 6.2 km from Platja de Sa Marjal. Son Servera has basic services and dining options. Exterior parking is free and accommodates three cars.
