## About the house

The top level has an open-plan great room combining living, dining and kitchen areas, plus a half bathroom. The kitchen has modern appliances and counter space. Multiple front and rear decks provide outdoor seating areas.

Three middle-level bedrooms each have a king bed and a private bathroom. The ground level has a bedroom with a double-bottom/twin-top bunk set and a twin trundle, a full bathroom, and a den with a refrigerator and microwave. There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom in total.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and drip coffee maker. A pod coffee maker is offered beginning in 2027.

Outside are a private pool, outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. The pool is open April 24–October 8, 2026, and April 23–October 7, 2027. Its published size is 12 × 24. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 24 and October 8–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 22 and October 8–December 31 in 2027. Community beach access and pickleball courts are available; this home does not have access to the community tennis courts.
