The apartment occupies the eighth and ninth floors, with lift access and an internal staircase leading to the bedrooms. The spacious living and dining area combines reclaimed floors and period features with contemporary furnishings, designer lighting and artworks. A craftsman-designed dining table has a ribbon-like shape, and the living room contains a double sofa bed.

The red-accented kitchen is fully equipped, with views across the 15th arrondissement. Equipment includes a cooker, hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and coffee-making equipment. A washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board are also provided.

The blue principal bedroom has a double bed and generous wardrobe space. Its ensuite bathroom has exposed brickwork, a walk-in shower and a double wash basin. The second bedroom, across the top-floor hallway, has a double bed and a linen chair. The family bathroom has a shower and wash basin. Separate WCs are available on both floors.

Both spacious terraces have outdoor entertaining areas and views across Paris.
