The house

The one-bedroom apartment and adjacent studio provide separate spaces, two king beds and two full bathrooms. A private furnished balcony opens from the living room and overlooks Darwin Harbour, with the CBD nearby.

The apartment has a furnished living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric stovetop and cooking essentials. Its bedroom has a king bed, LCD TV and water views. The separate studio also has water views, a TV, mini fridge, limited dishes and cutlery, towels and bedding.

The two terracotta-tiled bathrooms include hair dryers, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Additional comforts include centralised air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a workspace, and in-unit laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Guests have access to a large, partly shaded shared tropical outdoor pool. Scooters are available for hire, and paid parking is available onsite. The property has shared spaces.
