House rules
Maximum two persons, including infants. Check-in after 14:00; checkout before 11:00. No pets or parties/events. Quiet time after 21:00, especially on shared patios and balconies. Smoking is prohibited except on the private outdoor balcony, as stated in the detailed Airbnb rules. The kitchenette is only for simple meals and snacks; extra electric or gas cooking equipment, including hot plates, rice cookers and slow cookers, is prohibited.
Getting there
Strict maximum of two people, including infants. Not suitable for children or infants. Stairs are required and noise may occur. The kitchenette is for simple snacks only, with no cooktop. Airbnb reports no smoke or carbon monoxide alarm.
