The condo sleeps up to six guests and has three bathrooms. The living area has high ceilings, a gas fireplace and a flatscreen TV. The condo is in a private gated community overlooking the second fairway of the Dinah Shore Tournament Course. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 15 miles away. Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is 11 miles south in Palm Desert.

Pets are not permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00 to 22:00. A minimum renter age applies.
