Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
Getting there
The upper floor is not available to guests. The property has neighbours nearby. Can Picafort Beach is approximately 16 km away; Ariany town is 2.8 km away. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.
