Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, standard drip coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, linens and towels are provided. The home offers ski and hike access on the Meadows green run and is within walking distance of the Mountain Village core, shops, restaurants and gondola. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the team's local address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team to arrange this service. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and check-out is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared. Reservation confirmation requires electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. A credit card must be on file before arrival access information is sent. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team and are non-refundable. The initial payment is 50% of the grand total; the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day deadline receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable.
