Self check-in is used. Only registered guests may access the condominium; visitors must be identified in advance, and unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Children ages 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. No smoking indoors, pets, parties or events. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Do not receive deliveries at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not flush toilet paper. Guests must follow condominium rules and provide identification documents for each guest after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable.
