Maximum occupancy is 2 people. Visitors and overnight guests must be registered in advance, and visitors may require condominium authorization. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted; no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Identification documents are requested for all guests after booking. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. The condominium may have occasional construction or maintenance noise. Check-in after 20:00 incurs additional fees, and late check-out may incur an additional nightly charge.
