Guests must follow condominium rules, may not hang rugs, towels, clothing, or other objects from windows, balconies, or outdoor areas, and may not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined by the condominium administration. The property is in a residential condominium where occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur during legally permitted hours.
