Children aged 2 to 12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be authorized in advance and registered with the condominium entrance. Identification documents are required for all guests after confirmation. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. The secondary bedroom window remains closed and cannot be opened.
Getting there
Praia dos Ingleses is approximately 200 m away. The apartment is in a residential condominium; occasional noise from construction, maintenance or renovations may occur during legally permitted hours. The condominium has no elevator and access is by stairs only.
