Self check-in is used without an in-person host. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00 and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00; a check-out after 10:00 incurs an additional daily charge. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Smoking indoors, parties and events, pets, and overnight stays by people not included in the reservation are prohibited. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no cribs are provided. Guests must follow condominium rules, provide identification documents for every guest after confirmation, and communicate visitor identification in advance. Deliveries cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
