Maximum occupancy is 2 people. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium; visits require prior communication and guest identification, and unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and infants are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Do not receive deliveries at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed by the condominium administration.
