House rules
Maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Only guests registered in the reservation may access the condominium, and no unregistered person may stay overnight. Identification documents for each guest are required after confirmation. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted; cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not flush toilet paper. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Check-in is with a host. Check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 incurs an additional fee, and check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. Check-out is by 10:00.
