Self check-in is used. Only registered guests may access the condominium; visitors must be reported in advance with identification information for authorization. Overnight stays by people not included in the reservation are not permitted. Children aged 2–12 and infants are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or objects on windows, balconies or exterior areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests are responsible for any fines or damage. Identification documents for all guests are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other condominium reasons. Check-out after 10:00 results in an additional night charge.
