# Vista Del Mar Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 14 guests and has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The third-floor great room has vaulted ceilings, large ocean-facing windows and a seating area, alongside the kitchen and dining area. Decks and a screened porch provide outdoor sitting spaces. A fourth-floor private sitting area includes a queen sleeper sofa. The ground-floor game room has foosball and opens to a patio with a gated pool. Two oceanside king bedrooms, one on the second floor and one on the third floor, each have an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and deck access. The second floor also has a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets, plus two full bathrooms: one with a standing shower and one with a shower/tub combination. The half bathroom is on the first level. Facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, basketball hoop, charcoal and gas grills, cable TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs are provided. Beach Cabana Plus provides two umbrellas and six beach chairs from May 25–September 12, 2026, and May 31–September 11, 2027. The Welcome Program supplies an arrival starter kit with paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. These are starter quantities; guests provide further paper products, trash bags and soaps. The private beach walkway leads over the dune from the pool area and has no steps. Duck's shops and restaurants are within walking distance; the downtown waterfront boardwalk is a walk or short bike ride away. Community amenities include soundside and beach access. The home is oceanfront with a private, no-step walkway over the dune from the pool area to the beach. Walkway conditions can change with weather, erosion and sand migration. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and downtown Duck's waterfront boardwalk is a walk or short bike ride away. Parking is limited to four vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027. No smoking. No pets, including short visits; a pet-policy violation may result in termination of tenancy. Sunday check-in and check-out.
